Protest Against
Prolonging the War in Ukraine

Say NO to a War with Russia

Anti-war Peace Protests in Washington DC Feb.18-19 Sat & Sun
Anti-war Peace Protests will be happening in Washington DC
on Saturday, February 18 at the White House 1pm
AND on Sunday, February 19 at the Lincoln Memorial 12:30pm

— to End the War in Ukraine, NOW —

Our US government is heading into a Dangerous and Reckless War with Russia, and a possible nuclear war –instead of Ending the Ukraine War NOW with a Peace Agreement.

We the Voting Citizens of America... DEMAND our government to STOP ESCALATING a War with Russia !

This is Dangerous and Reckless. And we should not allow our current government to risk our US Security and drive us into a life-threatening war with Russia.

Ukraine is losing, and Russia is posed to launch all of their military forces into an offensive to topple the current Ukraine government. So now the US, UK and EU are faced with a Crucial Choice → Either we escalate into an all-out War with Russia, OR we choose to make a Peace Agreement.

Citizens of Peace – The rational and right choice is Peace, not war and killing. Do Not Allow our governments to choose War over Peace.

We Choose Peace, not war. Of course we care about the Ukrainian people, and the thousands of lives lost and the destruction incurred by war. But we are Not Willing to go into a war with Russia, just in order to save Ukraine's current political government. The political party now governing Ukraine should not be our concern.
Stop the war, and Stop the killing.

A Peace Agreement will of course depend on negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. However, this has now become a NATO war with Russia, and the US is the leader of NATO. Therefore, to End this War, the US and NATO will have to make a Peace Agreement with Russia. This is the only way to create peace in that region and in the world. Our US government can End this War Now, by making a Peace Agreement with Russia, and by telling Ukraine it's time for a peace agreement. Because the American people cannot keep sending $Billions and $Billions and an ever-supply of destructive weapons.

So, on Saturday and Sunday, February 18 and 19, there will be Anti-war Peace Protests in Washington DC – to End the War in Ukraine. These are Protests Against escalating the war in Ukraine. They are Protests to Demand a Peace Agreement and to NOT Go To war with Russia, and to Change our current US Foreign Policy to Peace-making rather than fueling war.

On Sunday at the Lincoln Memorial there will be many well-known speakers (from all political parties) and live music. These Anti-War Protests are a growing Peace Coalition which spans the political spectrum and the political divide, from the 'far-left' to the 'far-right'. In this Protest Against War, we set-aside all of our political and ideological disagreements about other issues – in order to Unite Together on this Crucial Choice... between escalating the war or making peace, between risking a world war or making peace, between being in a war with Russia or making peace.

These Protests are not about being left or right, liberal or conservative. This protest is only about one issue – the war in Ukraine – and We want it to Stop. We want our government to Immediately Talk with Russia and make a Peace Agreement – Rather than escalate this war and end up in a war with Russia. Whatever political group you're in, it doesn't matter – all that matters is that you oppose continuing this war and you oppose any attempt by our government to enter into a War with Russia. This is what we are united on, and any disagreements on other issues will be left behind.

All Those Who oppose war and military escalation must Unite at this Very Crucial Time... when we are on the brink of this war escalating into a world war or nuclear war. We don't want a world war with Russia, and we don't want a World War. And if our government attempts to go further into war, then we will be back in the streets again, and with plenty more upset citizens.

We Demand Peace-building, rather than continuing this war. This Protest is about Making Peace, rather than war. It's about having Real National Security and peace of mind for us citizens, rather than the current administration's Fake Security Policy which is more interested in escalating wars than peacefully settling them.

Our government is heading us into a war with Russia.
Because... IF the US and NATO continue to Escalate the Ukraine War by providing more and more high-power weapons, long-range missiles, Mi-17 helicopters, fighter jets, and military personnel ?THEN the US and Nato-Europe are entering into a full-scale War with Russia.
– In April military officials said that sending such advanced weapons would be “too much of an escalation risk” (cnn.com/2022/04/13/politics/us-weapons-ukraine-war). And if Fighter jets are sent to Ukraine, they would have to take-off from and reload fuel from Nato bases (since Ukraine's airstrips are all destroyed), which then sets up a risky question of whether these Nato bases are legitimate war-targets – which would probably then result in a European war.

IS THIS what We want?? A US–European War with Russia? A World War? A Nuclear War? NO. The People of America, Canada, the UK and Europe DO NOT want to enter into a bloody and life-threatening War with Russia. Americans and Europeans want to live in Peace – not in a state of war! Do we want bombs headed our way? NO. Do we want our children in danger? NO.
– Make a Peace Agreement with Russia, and let's start living together in peace.

But Very Soon, the US and Europe will have a Crucial Decision to make... → A War with Russia, or Peace with Russia. This will be the Choice, because... Very Soon, the Russian military will launch into an all-out offensive to win this war militarily in order to oust the current Nato-backed Ukrainian government. The Russians are not just going to wait this out, nor wait for the US and Ukraine to finally negotiate for a peace settlement. They will be launching a very large offensive, and so What will be the US response? What will be Europe's response? Will the US and Europe decide to go into an all-out War with Russia?? There will have to be a crucial decision made – between negotiating for a Peace Agreement, OR entering into a full-scale US-European war with Russia.... a world war. This will be the choice.

BUT this should be Our Choice, not the choice of Biden's "advisors".

Government – You Listen to us. We want to live in peace, not war. But You are endangering all of us with your reckless plans of escalating a war against Russia. We Demand a Public Debate and Congressional Approval before sending 'anymore money or weapons', ...and before sending fighter jets, missiles, and military personnel to Ukraine.

– We choose NOT to go into a war with Russia! Instead, We want our government and Nato to Negotiate Now for Peace. No More War!

– We Demand our leaders to create a long-term Peace Agreement with Russia and establish Peace in the World – rather than escalate more war and killing. We Demand our government to Stop the current Policy of War and Threats, and instead create a New US Policy - of Peacebuilding.

*** Many very smart people in America and around the world are Opposed to this war and have been calling for a Peace Agreement to end it. (even though you never hear this from the corporate-owned media and news – because the major media channels have been censoring these Voices for Peace and also censoring those with a wide knowledge of the various causes and history regarding this war.
–One such person is Jeffrey Sachs, a world-respected economist, political analyst, and top UN advisor for sustainable development. He is Very Concerned about the war in Ukraine soon becoming a full-scale US-European War with Russia.

→ Also Read 'How America blew up the Nord Stream Gas Pipeline' – How the US secretly planned & executed blowing up the gas pipeline between Germany and Russia... Because Germany refused to stop buying inexpensive natural gas from Russia... So the US blew up their pipeline!
This is from a recent article by the investigative journalist Seymour Hersh, one of the most respected and awarded journalist of our time, a winner of the Pulitzer Prize and numerous other honors, and who has worked for The New York Times and the New Yorker. The article is titled 'How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline' – with a CIA covert sea operation that was kept secret until now. With information from inside-government sources “with direct knowledge of the operational planning”, the article details how the US government secretly planned and executed the blowing up of the gas pipeline that was supplying Germany with Russian natural gas. And all of this was even kept secret from the Germans who were benefiting from the pipeline. According to Hersh's inside-sources, “The Biden administration began planning the act of sabotage in Dec 2021, before Russia invaded.” Also before the invasion, on Feb 7, 2022 during a press conference with the German Chancellor, Biden blurted out to reporters that “There will be no longer a Nord Stream 2... We will bring an end to it.” The reporter then inquired, “but how will you do that?” and Biden responded, “I promise, we will be able to do it.”

This aggressive and internationally unlawful act by Biden and his advisors is, by international standards, an Act of War against Russia.... as well as a Major Slap-down on Germany and German citizens. And because this would be considered an act of war, this reckless action by the Biden administration has now Endangered All Americans and our own infrastructure and pipelines, if Russia chooses to proportionately retaliate.
...Furthermore, this secret operation was unconstitutionally kept secret from the Senate Intelligence Committee, according the Sen. Mike Lee. And in addition, scientists have estimated that record-breaking 100,000-400,000 tons of climate-harming methane was released from this blown-up gas pipeline. Also Read how the US and UK continually “blocked” Peace Agreements between Ukraine and Russia – because continuing the war was in “US Interests.”
– There are many articles recently about how former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett had made significant progress in mediating a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine in early March 2022 shortly after Russia invaded. The former Israeli PM said that peace was a possibility at this time, but the US and its allies ‘they blocked’ the peace process. He said, “I think there was a decision by the West to keep striking Putin and not negotiate.” In the peace agreement, Zelensky agreed that he would not seek NATO membership, which Bennett said was the “reason” for the Russia’s invasion, while Putin agreed to respect Ukraine's sovereignty and not to insist on Ukraine demilitarizing and denazifying.
Then, later in March, Turkish President Erdogan began mediating peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, and Putin publicly said that a deal was close. But the negotiations ended when Boris Johnson traveled to Kyiv to urge Zelensky to abandon the peace talks, and from this time on Ukraine and the US refused to directly speak with Putin about a peace agreement. In late April, following the NATO foreign ministers’ meeting, the Turkish Foreign Minister stated, “there are those within the NATO member states that want the war to continue, let the war continue and Russia gets weaker. They don’t care much about the situation in Ukraine.”

Accountability for the money and weapons?

Also, some members of Congress have expressed concern that there has been NO Accountability for where the Ukrainian aide of over $100 Billion actually went. The Biden administration cannot provide any details, and it appears they don't intend to do so. Yet, when a Bill was proposed to formally investigate where the money actually went, Most Congress members objected and voted No... which begs the question of what exactly they want to hide about how the Billions were spent.

And... what happens to these weapons sent to Ukraine?
The US government admittedly doesn’t really know.
–Some in Congress are concerned that, given a documented history of illicit arms-trafficking in Ukraine, the sophisticated weapons might find their way to terrorist organizations. The Biden administration even admitted that the US doesn’t have the ability to fully track all the shipments, acknowledging the possibility that “some of the shipments may ultimately end up in unexpected places.”

–From CNN Politics, “sources tell CNN that the US has few ways to track the  substantial supply  of anti-tank, anti-aircraft and other weaponry it has sent across the border into Ukraine, and some of those weapons may wind up in the hands of other militaries and militias.” Thus, some of the weapons “could find their way to the black market, risking not only US national security, but that of our European allies.” Jordan Cohen, a defense and foreign policy analyst at the CATO Institute and who focuses on arms sales, said “the biggest danger surrounding the flood of weapons being funneled into Ukraine is what happens to them when the war ends or transitions into some kind of protracted stalemate.” Evidence from recent history shows that “inevitably, some weapons ended up on the black market, including Stinger missiles, which we are now providing to Ukraine.” This occurred from US weapons sent to Afghanistan and to Saudi Arabia – where they found their way into the hands of al-Qaeda and Iran.
edition.cnn.com/2022/04/19/politics/us-weapons-ukraine

Also, according to a 2017 Small Arms Survey on arms trafficking (smallarmssurvey.org & Measuring Illicit Arms Flows: Ukraine 2017), “over 300,000 small arms disappeared from Ukraine between 2013 and 2015 and only 13 percent were recovered. Criminal networks, corrupt officials, and underpaid military personnel can make a profitable business from the sale of arms from Ukrainian military stockpiles. And in 2019 Ukrainian soldiers were caught in a blackmarket exchange to sell 40 RGD-5 grenades, 15 grenade launchers, 30 grenade detonators, and 2,454 rounds of ammunition, and all this for about $3,000 US dollars.”

So just imagine how many more weapons a terrorist group could buy with a lot more money. Yet Biden's National Security advisors seem to lack any concern over Ukraine’s history of political corruption and the probability that many of the weapons sent could be sold in the black market, risking not only US national security but also the security of our European allies.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have reportedly consumed an average of 100,000 rounds of 155mm  artillery ammunition  per month, which is about 10 Times more than the US and NATO anticipated, and the story is similar for  Stingers, Javelins, HIMARS, and other critical weapons. Did These Weapons get Sold on the Blackmarket?

Please Note:

In advocating for Peace not war; we are not anti Ukraine. We hope the very best for the Ukrainian people. But we cannot afford to escalate our participation in this war with Russia. It is Too Expensive and also Dangerous for us, and it even risks a global economic collapse.

It is a shame and embarrassment that the current US government gave such bad advice to the Ukraine government, advising them to not settle the issue earlier with a peace deal, but instead advising them to “fight on”, “your blood and our weapons”, which just happened to be beneficial for “US Interests” and attempting to “weaken Russia”, according to Nuland, Blinkon, and numerous congress persons. Sorry Ukraine, our apologies for such stupid advice. But we aren't going into a world war with Russia over this.
It's time to negotiate a peace agreement.
